Mindful Mandala Dotting Workshop
Let go of your mental clutter and focus your mind through this therapeutic art session using dot painting techniques. Set an intention, get creative, and bring home your own mandala masterpiece.
Sound Bath Healing Journey
Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gongs wash over you in a calming soundscape, led by Sen Sound Therapy. Aromatherapy eye pillows are provided to help deepen your experience of rest.
Sunrise Yoga & Breathwork
Begin Day 2 with a sunrise yoga session facing the horizon. Led by experienced instructor Yuan, this gentle morning flow is paired with breathwork to activate your body’s natural energy alignment.
Forest Bathing Sensory Walk
Take a slow, meditative walk through the rainforest with all five senses fully awakened—sight, smell, touch, sound, and even taste. Finish the walk with expressive journaling and a gratitude circle.
